Manage team members and control access with role-based permissions.
Role Permissions
Admin
Full access to all organization features
Can
- Manage API keys
- Configure optimization settings
- Set policies and budget limits
- Invite and remove members
- Delete the organization
Member
Standard access for team members
Can
- Use API optimization
- View savings dashboard
- View personal usage
Cannot
- Cannot modify settings
- Cannot view API keys
- Cannot invite members
Viewer
Read-only access for stakeholders
Can
- View savings dashboard
- View usage reports
Cannot
- Cannot use the API
- Cannot modify anything
Inviting Team Members
Only Admins can invite new members to an organization.
- Navigate to your organization
- Click the Members tab
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
- Select their role (Admin, Member, or Viewer)
- Click Send Invite
Invitations expire after 7 days. The recipient will receive an email with a link to join.
Managing Members
Changing Roles
To change a member's role, find them in the Members list, click the role dropdown, and select the new role. Changes take effect immediately.
Removing Members
Click the Remove button next to any member to revoke their access. They will immediately lose access to the organization.
Canceling Invites
Pending invitations appear in the Members tab. Click Cancel to revoke an invitation before it's accepted.
Common Questions
Can I have multiple Admins?
Yes. Organizations can have any number of Admins. This is useful for teams where multiple people need to manage settings.
What if I'm the only Admin and I leave?
Before leaving, promote at least one other member to Admin. If you're the last Admin and remove yourself, no one will be able to manage the organization.
Can someone be in multiple organizations?
Yes. Users can be members of multiple organizations with different roles in each.
The invite email didn't arrive
Check the spam folder. If it's not there, cancel the invite and resend it. Verify the email address is correct.
